What warranty does not cover?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, natural disaster, terrorism or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, compatibility issue, failure to follow directions, or improper maintenance are not covered under this warranty. Consequential or incidental damages are also not recoverable under this warranty. Warranty also does not cover the cost of return shipping, both ways from buyer to us and from us to buyer. You are responsible for any return shipping costs if the defective item needs to be returned to Novero Gaming Store or the manufacturer. The final decision on warranty replacement is on company's discretion and Novero Gaming Store retain full rights to decide if warranty is effective upon examination.
